With the summer in full swing there is no better way to cool down than with homemade fresh fruit popsicles.

I had been trying out a number of different fruit combinations with my two girls but the ‘Tropical Fruit’ flavour was by far their favourite.


Tropical Fresh Fruit Popsicles - With Only 3 Ingredients They Are Quick, Easy & Healthy Too!


With just 3 ingredients they are super easy to make and healthy too!


Tropical Fruit Popsicles


(makes approximately 8 popsicles)

1 cup of fresh pineapple
1/2 cup of fresh mango
1/2 cup of coconut milk (from carton)
1/2 cup water (if you find the mixture a little too sweet you can add more water)



Just add all the ingredients together and blend until smooth (I just use my Hand Blender ** for this)

Once you have pureed the ingredients pour into Popsicle Moulds ** and pop them in the freezer.

You will need to allow at least 4 hours for the popsicles to freeze properly.



  1. Freeze any left over coconut milk in ice cube trays and use them another time in smoothies or for another batch of popsicles
  2. run the base of the ice lolly mold for a few seconds under the tap to help release them from the mould (make sure you don’t allow any water to get inside the mould)

    I love anything with fresh fruits! In Puerto Rico is so hot. I’m going to make these.

    These look so refreshing. I am a big fan of pineapple and mango combinations. I often use this combo for my smoothies, but never thought to create a popsicle version of it. Thanks for the inspiration!
