If you know me or are familiar with my blog then you will know that I often take the quick and easy option. And one of my favourite ways to spruce things up and give them a new lease of life is to grab a can of spray paint.
It’s amazing the things you can do and how you can revamp your old stuff with a few coats of good old spray paint.

DIY Spray Paint Furniture Project Ideas
Learn how Meg over at greenwithdecor.com, in her step-by-step tutorial, transformed a pair of old nightstands into these cool on-trend pieces of furniture for her bedroom.
This is a makeover project I did a while ago after being given a really tatty-looking set of rattan drawers. It’s amazing how much of a difference a little bit of gold paint can make. You can see the before and after photos here DIY Spray Paint Furniture – Rattan Drawers Upcycle
Robin has done a great job to transform an old dresser into this stunning statement piece. \ I absolutely love the colour blue that she has used! You can find out all the details over at momfoodie.com
This is another furniture upcycle where I used spray paint. The base of the office chair was totally chipped and rather scruffy looking and the cushion pads were a really ugly burgundy colour. With a few coats of black paint and some funky-looking faux fur material, I was able to totally transform this chair. DIY Spray Paint Thrift Shop Makeovers
Christy found an old lamp in the thrift store that she loved the shape of but was not so crazy about its condition and how it looked. She really did a fab job and with a little bit of vision and some paint, she was able to totally transform it. Krista has very cleverly upcycled some ordinary dining room chairs. Using some special spray paint (I love this colour!) and some waterproof material to recover the seat pads she has turned them into splendid pieces of furniture which can be used on the patio. She managed to find these canisters in a thrift store for a bargain price and using her special upcycling magic (a good imagination and a can of spray paint) and turned them into fabulous farmhouse-style accessories for her kitchen.
