Out of all the delicious recipes that are popular here in the Netherlands the Dutch Apple Pie has to be one of my favourites.
After trying out a number of different recipes that people had given to me I managed to combine them and find the perfect recipe to make a traditional Dutch Apple Pie.
It is definitely a national favourite and when you taste it you will certainly understand why.
You can find my recipe over on Kenarry Ideas For The Home where I (as I mentioned in an earlier post) have just joined their fabulous creative team (a group of 13 talented ladies plus ‘little ole me’ 🙂 ).
Would you like to see more traditional Dutch recipes? I have lots more that I plan to share with you all including ‘pepernoten’ (I will post this recipe in the next couple of weeks) which are traditionally eaten when Sinterklaas (the Dutch Father Christmas) is in town.
